      Hi!

      When I had Zarafa, there was a tool which was able to export my Zarafa data to a PST file by using the Zarafa Migration Tool., https://documentation.zarafa.com/zcp_migration_manual/zarafa_migration_tool_usage.html

      Is there a similar tool for Kopano?

      Thank you very much!

        Hello @itserv ,

        no such a tool does not exist at at moment, but if you still have the old zarafa migration tool, this will still work with Kopano as well.

        A while ago we made a small proof of concept to dump the contents of a mailbox into openly readable data. the result of this can be found at https://stash.kopano.io/projects/KC/repos/kopanocore/browse/swig/python/kopano/scripts/rfcdump.py.

        Regards Felix

          Thank you.

          Another quick question: is it officially supported to Access KC with the Zarafa Outlook Plugin? I have the weird effect that after moving from Zarafa to Kopano, my collegue gets Alarm on my(!) appointments … I might need to open a support request, but won’t waste it with an unsupported configuration.

            @itserv its not supported, but it works.

            you can influence these reminders with the following option from your server.cfg:

            # Enable/disable reminders for shared stores
            shared_reminders = no

            Regards Felix
