Z-Push for Exchange BackEnd when only outlook desktop access is allowed

Hi,
my company does not allow to read the corporate email from cellphone, but from outsite our network I can read my email only using Microsoft Outlook (the desktop version not the mobile version). Is it possible use Z-push to “simulate” Outlook Desktop access ?
