      Hi!

I’m not very used to setting up Kopano, so I need to make sure the following will work:

Kopano Core (+WebApp, Mattermost and ZPush) should be running on a remote host.
The problem is, that I only have access to the Mysql-Sever by phpmyadmin and to the Apache-Server by FTP. There is no terminal/ssh/Telnet/etc-Access to that remote-host.

Is it possible to just copy the unzipped and preconfigured files on the Apache-Server?

      Greetings

        Hi @gstfl ,

no, none of the components you listed can be installed in a standard webhosting package.

Ok thank you for your reply.

would it be possible to use a MS SQL Server instead of Mysql?

          Greetings

@gstfl no. But you could use MariaDB.
