Possibility to use shared contacts

Hi everyone,

I am testing possibilities to use shared contacts in Kopano. We are using kopano with kopano app and outlook. In general it works fine.
Now we wanted to use shared contact. And I am not sure, which possibility would be the best and if I use it in the right way:

First I created a public contact folder. In Outlook I have also the possibility to copy vcf-cards - thats great.
I set up permissions for that contact folder, but every user seems to see the contacts. In outlook I can also use the addresses from the contact folder in a new mail, but with webapp I don’t see the contact folder if I try to select it from address book.

Other idea I want to create a user and share the contacts. I am not quite sure, whether that could better work.

Do you have experience whether it should work with public contact folder ?

you have to set the configs in the config.php of webapp like:

Which services do I have to restart in order get an effect of the changes ?
