      Hi,

Can please someone help me with my installation of Kopano One in Debian 10 as we still not able to make it work or access in the browser. I have installed Kopano (nstallation in a fresh Debian 10) using this link https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Kopano+One+on+Debian+10+-+quick+installation+instructions and completed without issues.
We also registered the domain name, and configured port forwarding in our public IP to use 443.

However we still cannot launch the application. Please someone advise if I miss something? How to point our URL to use kopano web server? I just followed all the the steps in the above link. Appreciate your help.

        Hi @mjdevilla,

there are no errors in the logs you provided, but visiting http://clinicalcomms.com.au/ from here I indeed only see an unrelated “Our website is under construction” placeholder.

What kind of error message/behaviour do you see when trying to open WebApp (which should then be at https://clinicalcomms.com.au/webapp/)? Maybe your dns entries are not actually pointing to your server? What is the ip of your server and what is the response when you execute dig clinicalcomms.com.au on your client?

I once bought subscription comes with a defined amount of support units. I think it would be worthwhile directly getting in contact with the Kopano support, so they can have a look on your system.

        Regards Felix

          Hi @fbartels,

Can you pls advise how to point dns snteies to our server? The IP of our server where kopano is installed is 192.168.0.33 and the public IP where we port forward the registered domain is 202.142.133.189.

Please find below output of dig:

          teddydeb30@clinicalcomms:~$ sudo dig clinicalcomms.com.au

          ; <<>> DiG 9.11.5-P4-5.1+deb10u5-Debian <<>> clinicalcomms.com.au
          ;; global options: +cmd

I hope you will be able to advise on this on what steps should I need to do.

          Thanks.

            Hi @mjdevilla,

I have seen that you also have a ticket open about this with our support and would ask that you follow this up with them instead.

Helping out with dns setup is a service that we cannot provide free of charge through a community forum.

              @fbartels Thank you!

I have managed to point to our server and able to launch the app and see the login screen. However when I tried to login using the created user credentials. It is giving the error:

              Incomplete login
Unable to complete the login. Please try again.

If this problem persists, contact your system administrator with the following details:
Error: No matching state found in storage

This is the error from webd logs:

              Jun 01 14:34:53 clinicalcomms kopano-kwebd[23939]: [ERROR 499 /upstreams/konnect/signin/v1/static/css/main.1c108bb6.chunk.css] context canceled

              Please help to advise.

              Thanks.

              regards,

              Michael

@mjdevilla said in Installation Help for Kopano One:

                context canceled

I think this is rather a symptom, than the cause of your login troubles. But since you already have a support case open my recommendation would still be to follow this up directly with the Kopano support.

                Regards Felix
