SMTP mail activity not working

Hello,
When I try to send the email I get a msg saying can’t send an email. I think the problem with SMTP mail activity. can anyone help me to why this happens? and please provide the solution too.

you are unfortunately not providing much information to help you.

Which version of Kopano are you using?
Are you using Kopano at all?
Where are you trying to send an email (WebApp, Z-Push, other client)?
What is the exact error message?
Have you checked logs of kopano-spooler, or your mta?

sorry for the late reply, now my problem is solved now, I also search this on the Internet and on Youtube as well, and I found this post, this is really helping me a lot, thanks again my problem is solved now
