How do I access shared storage?

I have 2 shared storage accounts (no own password, just access rights to other users) that serve as incoming email boxes (contact and fax). Now I want to access these accounts on my mobile. Accessing them via Exchange doesn’t work (email: fax@…, user: me, pw: shure) bc my mobile says that a profile for that user has already been configured. Anybody an idea how to fix that?

on deskapp or webapp go to settings/mobiles/ double-click the mobile and set shared folders you want to be synced through the “Manage Shared Folders” button
