      Hi,

      we use meet within the webapp in the browser.
      Now i open a new call and an group and want to invite someone to the meeting. As meet
      is running in a tab of the webapp, i expected, that the invitation should open a new tab
      within the same webapp to send the mail. But meet open’s the standard mail program.
      So the user is confused, why open another mail program, if i am in logged in in my
      groupware ?

      And i have an second suggestion. If i am logged in into meet, i see my contact’s. It would
      be very useful, if i also would see, if they are online (also logged in into meet). Would that
      be possible ?

      best regards and keep on your good work on kopano
      Michael

        Hi @mniehren,

        to be generally compatible with other mail clients Meet uses mailto: links for the final invitation mail. Kopano WebApp asks the user to assign itself as a target for these links upon login so this usually works out quite nice. But in your case it sounds like you have not configured WebApp to be your main mail application.

        Yes, this is something that could eventually be achieved through the rest api of Kopano. But as far as I know there are no concrete plans as to the when and if.

          ok, i understand. And yes, i had not configured Webapp as my main mail
          application. So i do and in firefox there is now open a new window of
          the webapp to write the invitation mail.
          Can i do something that a new tab in webapp is openend instead of a tab
          in the Browser ?

          best regards
          Michael

            No, I don’t think there can be anything done about this.

                If you have a running Meet, you only have to configure it in the intranet-Plugin,
                so you can see an extra entry in the Menu

                Something like this:
                define(‘PLUGIN_INTRANET_BUTTON_TITLE’, ‘Kopano-Meet’);
                define(‘PLUGIN_INTRANET_URL’, ‘https://<your address to meet>/meet/’);
