Files 3.0.0 beta 4 available

In this release we fixed reported errors during upgrading from files version 2 to version 3, all related to items and folders with insufficient permissions to view and edit.

If you have feedback, let us know. Especially related to upgrades from the 2.x version to this new version.
Updating can be done through the repositories, packages can be downloaded from the portal or from the download server.
