      Hello, everyone,

I didn’t find anything in the Kopano admin manual. We have different address books here (personal and shared). I would like to synchronize these automatically into the telephone system (Pascom).

I don’t think this is possible in “real time” but it would be sufficient if it would run time-controlled (e.g. twice a day). CSV files can be imported to the PBX. Also time-controlled.

Is there a possibility in Kopano to import address books as CSV files? Where can I find a documentation?

      Best regards
      sven

we also have a NextCloud instance here (local). Maybe it can help with the synchronization?

          Hi @pixel,

for the use case of exporting data to be used with telephony systems we have created https://stash.kopano.io/projects/SPS/repos/kopano-contacts-exporter/browse a while ago. This exposes a simple web service that generates a csv that can be further processed by the external system.

On the long run this could be achieved with the Kopano Rest API as well.

          Regards Felix
