      Hi,

      i use the Kopano mailapp for the “info” and personal account on a Univention Corporate Server. The user log in with her own account and are listet as representative for the “info” account. When the user reply on a mail in the info account he can only see the state of mails he replyed. If another user replyed the mail he can’t see this and have to browse the “send” folder to find out if any other user had replyed?

      Is there any way to show the state for all users?

        Hi @Jochen77,

        that information is not stored per user, but with the item itself. Can you check if you see these when you refresh the item list?

          Hi Felix,

          what do you mean with “refresh” the item list. I tried to log out and log in again but still only the own edited e-mails are marked as replyed.

            Hi @Jochen77,

            I did mean that small “refresh” button in the icon list. You can also trigger it with f5 (if hotkeys are enabled). Logging out and back in will also reload the item list in a given folder however.

            Just did a quick test and for me the reply/forward flags are properly shown when switching between users.

              Hi,

              it seems to be a problem on the server itself. Some users are working with Microsoft Outlook and the same problem here.

              There is a update for the Kopano WebApp: “Version 3.5.5.2276 kann auf 3.5.14.2539 aktualisiert werden”

              This weekend i will do this updaten and come back with the new state then.
