disable autoresponder for aliases

Hi Kopano Admins,

how can i disable the autoresponder for mail aliases ?

its the only way zu edit the /usr/sbin/kopano-autorespond
and add the aliases same as mailer-daemon, postmaster and root ?

Hi @tboernert,

if you decide to modify the file make it a new copy instead and instruct kopano-dagent to run your version instead of the default. Else it will be overwritten by package upgrades.

it won’t work in /usr/sbin/kopano-autorespond

because the To: is rewritten zu the inbox mail address :-(.

i had wrong tested it :-(.

the dagent put FROM=$1
TO=$2
SUBJECT=$3
USER=$4
MSG=$5

to the autorespond

but the TO is the delivery address and not the original mail address.

how can i exclude aliases from the autoresponder ?

Or must i patch the dagent ?
