      Hello,

I just like to ask if there is also a script to clean up every mail folder, not only junk and wastebin like https://kb.kopano.io/display/WIKI/Kopano+cleanup does.
We have some “status” mailboxes with a lot of subfolders and a huge amount of mails and I’d like to delete every mail in every subfolder older than x days, like kopano-cleanup does with wastebin und junk.
Is there anything like that available?

      Thanks, Christian.

Why not using a mail archive software like mailstore for that - you may set the archive rule to remove mails odler than or before x to be deleted from mailbox

sorry, but using a software, which I need to pay for to replace something, a simple script could solve isn’t the best idea, is it?

          Christian.

Did you try the script with using the “-f”-parameter?

                -f NAME, --folder=NAME Specify folder

                I’ll give that a try … thanks.
So maybe I need to create my own script … to first identify the users subfolders and then to delete those messages.

                Christian.
