Kopano crashes on fresh install when Outlook Connector connects
-
I finally made the move and upgraded from Zarafa to Kopano 8.7.
To have a fresh start, I created a new Debian buster VM, made only relevant changes in server.cfg and pointed to the old zarafa database server.Once I connect via the outlook connector (zarafaclient-7.2.6-52189.msi) the server crashes:

That’s pretty odd. Any hopes?

8.7.0 is an old version and many bugs have been fixed since.
-
Ok, I was afraid of this answer ;-)
Installing nightly versions is really painful so I hoped I can use the packages included in stock Debian buster …
Anyway, I got rid of them but https://download.kopano.io/community/core%3A/ contains only half of the packages and the other half are broken.
For example, https://download.kopano.io/community/core%3A/core-10.0.1.190.89d1fad-Debian_10-i386.tar.gz is completely empty…
Any suggestion where to find i386 for Debian 10?
-
@divB you have a 64bit kernel, why do you want to use 32bit packages?
-
Yes; because it’s a VM (which has been upgraded for years)
-
Ok fine, I cross-graded the VM from i386 to amd64
