Hardware suggestion - general design question?

Hello,

we’re on the way to design a new server for one of our customers.

Usage:
~ 200 mailboxes with active sync outlook connection + 60 webapp users

Today: 330GB mysql database + 4 TB attachments (data from about 4-8 years per user)

How big should be a new server? (Memory / CPU…)

The old server has 32GB ram and a swap file use of aka 64GB ;) (the swap file has grown very much in the last weeks… formerly it was 16GB about 6 weeks ago…) This could be, because of the exessive usage of outlook active sync clients…
