desk-appp user repeatedly loosing webapp_settings

Hi!

I have a deskapp-user (2.0.31) who is repeatedly loosing her webapp_settings over night. (At night I’m restarting kopano-* services) - This now happened for the third time after I upgraded to kopano-server 8.7.1 .

Lost settings include: language, signatures, recipient-autocompletions, opened-shared-mailboxes, …)
For know i can temporarily fix it by restoring signatures and basic webapp_settings via webapp_admin.py but the issue keeps occuring.

versions:
user:
OS: Windows 10
deskapp: 2.0.31

server:
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
kopano-server: 8.7.1.0-0+1.1
kopano-webapp: 3.5.5.2276+93.1

I have the following questions:

How can I restore the recipient-autocompletions? (Loosing those is very annoying to the end-user)
Does anybody know how to permanently fix it?
Does anybody else experience this problem?

Hi @hodor27,

we had some reports of this with 8.7.0, but thought we had this fixed with 8.7.1 (but this was also the caching issue we were never able to reproduce locally, reports afaik stopped after 8.7.1 as well). Please get in contact with our support so they can help you identify steps to reproduce.
