I have started to test it out in my dev env and after a bit of syncing with my email account (after 48 hours) it was finally done!

I got some errors when i check up on my device id, they follow under.

How do i delete these issues for z-push? they are looping and i think this is my it took 48hours to sync my inbox.
My regular outlook client over imap handles these emails fine, same with our webmail (roundcube).
Why are these erroring out in z-push?

        Hi alexhjelm,

which backend are you using? Based on the item ids my guess would be IMAP backend, is that correct?

Which device is causing the loop? It means that the device is not able to process these items for whatever reason and has requested them over and over again. It’s not possible to tell why they fail without WBXML log of those items being synced to the device (and even then it’s not always possible to find the reason). If you don’t need them, you could delete them in another client.

It’s possible to clear loop data with

        z-push-admin -a clearloop

Hi, im using imap and combined backend.

Its my IMAP Outlook client causing it, it seems like there is an error with the encode that z-push cant translate? because i dont get this issue with a clean imap link to my server without z-push.

Can i clear these messages from z-push?

            Hi alexhjelm,

If Z-Push wouldn’t be able to translate the encoding, there would be errors regarding it in z-push.log. Are there any error or fatal level entries in the log?
What do you mean with the second sentence? That it works if you create an IMAP account in Outlook? Outlook over ActiveSync behaves differently than a native or IMAP Outlook account.

Can i clear these messages from z-push?

            Yes.
