DeskApp 2.3 [Build number 11] released

DeskApp 2.3.11 is uploaded to the final repositories.

This release includes fixes for bugs reported in 2.3.1
and some minor improvements:

• Updated user agent for WhatsApp plugin in DeskApp
• Hides undefined files in Download history
• Fixed broken setting “open download when completed”
