Counter on the Mail folders

Hy!

getting new mails does not reset the folders counter.
does not be updated until you klick on the folder -
then the counter is correct!

any ideas for this?!?

Could you specify which folders are not updated? Own folder, shared folder or public?

inbox and subfolders

Could you execute this in your browsers console to check the polling interval?

container.getSettingsModel().get('zarafa/v1/main/reminder/polling_interval')

how could i do this in the DeskApp?!?

30 is the default and is fine. In DeskApp you can open the console as well in the same way you do in the browser.
