POP3 login failure

Dear all,

I’m trying to access a defined user mailbox via POP3. The user is defined as allowing pop3 access and authentication is against AD. The account works without any problems on the old zarafa server against the same AD. However, on the kopano server I get the following error:

Any idea what I can do?
