Deleted items missing.

Hello,

I have a client who is using Outlook 2010 (Zarafa Client) And on another PC Outlook 2016 (KOE) and sometimes he uses the Webapp.
On the Outlook 2016 the deleted items folders is visible and working. On the Outlook 2010 the folder it is not show at all. And on the Webapp its not visible and i got the message that the WebApp can not function well cause the deleted items folder is missing. (As shown in the picture)
Can you please help resolve this?
