I have an univention server with Kopano :

Univention 4.3.2
Kopano Core 8.6.8.2
Kopano webapp 3.4.22.1782
z-push for kopano 2.4.4
Fetchmail 6.3.26

I use the smtp relay (/etc/postfix/sasl_passwd) with a phpnet hosted mailbox (user@customerphpnetdomain.fr).
I test also with the orange smtp.

I host a mail server for my customer and when i tried to send an email to user@orange.fr he got this error message :

Unfortunately, kopano-spooler was unable to deliver your mail to the/some of the recipient(s).
You may need to contact your e-mail administrator to solve this problem.

Recipients that failed permanently:
user@orange.fr

I can send email to any address but it doesn’t work to send mail at orange.fr.

I have already look /var/log/mail.err mail.log and i have not interessant error

We think we are probably blacklisted by orange after an incident with a big attachement.

can you help me ?

even if it may not be interesting it is still good to know what exactly components like kopano-spooler or your mta logged at the time this error was generated.

@exig on ucs this is postix. This is logged to the already mentioned mail.log.

i have only message about fetchmail in this log :

it’s so curious … i don’t understand why i can send mail to any address except orange.fr

do you think the blacklist is a reason?

@exig Could be the case - a way to check some known blacklists is https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
