Symbol next to planned task

Hi folks,

it might be a really “silly” question but what is the difference between the 2 symbols:

The yellow one can’t be altered, the other one can be altered.

Hi!
So a request from another user. This is the cause of not being able to alter it. Strange because the user told me that he has made this task himself.

You can create a task and assign it and get the same symbol.
When opened it should say who’s assigned
