new stores only in english

if i add a new user in my active directory, the user store folders are in english.
why are these not in german?

if i add a store with kopano-storeadm, the store folders are in german. that’s ok

my admin.cfg:
default_store_locale= de_DE.UTF-8

i solved it.
replacing /etc/kopano/userscripts/createuser.d/00createstore
with the last one
