Download attachments as ZIP - Problem with German Umlauts

Hi,
If we save attachments as zip and the name of the zip or/and the attachments include german umlauts they are not saved with umlauts in the filenames. If we save single files with umlauts everything works fine.Deskapp: 2.1.9
Webapp: 3.5.1
Server: 8.6.9.0
on SLES12 -

What OS are you running DeskApp on + which php version are you using?

Deskapp is running on Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 x64. PHP version is 5.5.14 on SLES12 SP3. -
It seems to be resolved in later version of php and windows.
