Recurring calendar entry and automatic rejects

Hi,
we have some rooms defined as users in kopano. They are configured to auto-accept meeting requests and auto-deny them if there is a conflict.
Now, lets say we are planning a meeting every monday from 10:00 to 11:00 for 10 weeks and room 1 is available in all but one of those weeks, the whole series is rejected.
Is there a setting anywhere to change this behaviour? I would expect to have 9 meetings planned and one would be rejected. Am I missing something?

No, there is no setting for this. What happens now is the expected behaviour.
