special characters in subject wrong encoding

I have a kopano WebApp 3.4.13.1441+812.1 and if there is special characters in subject line
it is not encoding correct
danish characters æøå
if I read the mail by outlook 2016 by z-push it is ok
if I read the mail by an Android phone by z-push it is not ok the characters are change to ?
if I read it by webapp it not ok the characters are change to ?Kopano core is 8.6.80
