Mail Forwarding with Kopano

Hello,

at the last 2 hours I wasn’t able to forward a mail.
I tried to configure a mail filter in webapp and to change an parameter called “forward_whitelist_domains” in the agent.cfg.
The only result is a mail with

“Forwarding rule has been abrogated”
The Kopano mail system is rejecting your request to forward e-mails (via mail filters) to <>: the operation is not permitted.

Remove the rule or contact your administrator about the “forward_whitelist_domains” setting.
Searching in this forum wasn’t successful or I’m too stupid.
Can you help me?
