Move single mailboxes/users to another kopano server

Hi all,
is there an elegant way to move mailboxes/users including mails, contacts, calendars … from one kopano server to a new kopano server? I do not want to move the whole server with all mailboxes.

Yes, you could use kopano-backup for this.

yes as felix stated kopano-backup will do the trick,

also you may already enable the user receiving mails at the new server - as the restore does not overwrite/delete mails in the new mailbox (this way you don’t have downtime for the user expect old mails which will be there after restore)

Is is necessary that both servers run the same core/backup software version?

No, that is not a requirement. You can even remotely connect from one system to the other (by specifying a socket when running kopano-backup)
