Hi if i tell to restore to other folder same problem. 0 changes?

Can you provide a copy of your backup files to feedback at kopano dot io?
-

Can i make a copy of just a couple of items? Because there are a lot of sensitive data in my backups
-

I tested if a restore a item without attachment it is working fine. I recently moved the attachments outside the database. Can it have somerhing to do with this? Before i did not have this problem?
-

Well, as long as you can reproduce the effect, sure try reducing the amount of elements in the backup.
-

If i restore the item from webapp(trash restore items) it is working fine?
-

I do not get what you are asking
-

Not asking. But i think it is strange that i can restore the item from the webapp. But not from command line.
-

Are you referring to the soft deleted items?/“Restore deleted items”? This is an entirely different functionality.

This has deffently to do with attachments. I restored a snapshot where every attachment is inside the db. Then i can restore without problems. Now i tried again with attachments outside db and i can only restore email without attachments. No errors logged.

i think my database is somehow corrupt or something. if i move mails i outlook it wont move on my phone. before i never had this issue. is there somehow i can scan and fix the database? if corrupted?
-

or can i sart with a new database? and how can we do this?
-

I am not convinced on the currupted database, but it’s your system and therefore your decision. Your “reset” is a matter of backup and restore.

hi, yust a update. it was a problem with the database. i dont know what exactly. i deleted the database. recreated the database and restored my backup. if i now restore the mail tha would not restore before al is fine and it restores.
