Kopano Core Upgrade to UCS 5.0 Error

Hi,
we finally managed to upgrade our server to ucs 5.0 but we are not able to install kopano-core from the app-center, running into the awesome error message:The following software changes on ucstest.loc will be applied: 2 packages are erroneous This operation causes problems in the following packages that cannot be resolved: kopano4ucs kopano-server-packagesi went to the logs to find out:

so when i apt install kopano-core i get the same error message, and when i try to install all the packages including the core, the server is telling me:

i already cleared the apt cache.
any suggestions?
